Kepal, besar ikut suka. Kemudian goreng sikit dan angkat. Masa masak sos spaghetti tu bila dah mendidih, masukkan bebola daging tu...best, cubalah!

Resepi Spaghetti Bolognese Betty
1 packet spaghetti/fettucini
1 packet minced meat ramly (kalau x ada guna burger daging ramly pun ok..byk mana? ikut suka)
1 botol sedang sos Prego original
1 buku besar bawang holland (bwg warna putih tu)- potong dadu - kecil
3 ulas bawang putih - chopped
1 tin kecil tomato puri
1 batang celery (potong dadu - kecil)
1/2 batang carrot (potong dadu - kecil)
2 kiub ayam
Salt & pepper + ajinomoto
Kalau nak pedas letak cili boh @ cili powder 1 sudu besar
cheese
oregano + basil (optional - nak lebih sedap)
Cara:
1. Rebus spaghetti.. tos dan campur butter
2. Tumis guna minyak biasapun ok, lagi best olive oil.. bawang besar & bwg putih & cili boh/serbuk cili
3. Masukkan minced meat
4. Masukkan carrot,celery,sos spaghetti, tomato puri, kiub ayam, salt & pepper
5. Kacau rata, kepekatan ikut suka.
6 Masak sampai empuk bahan2 dan mesra.
7. Sedia untuk dimakan tabur cheese
